We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Product Marketing Manager (PMM) to lead positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy for our products. You will sit at the intersection of product, sales, and marketing to ensure successful product launches, strong market adoption, and revenue growth.
Your responsibilities
Establish and develop clear positioning, and differentiated messaging that resonates with target audiences.
Lead go-to-market (GTM) strategy for new product and feature launches.
Develop an execute pricing & packaging strategy, algin pricing with product positioning, customer value and internal stakeholders.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product strategy.
Enable sales teams with collateral, training, and competitive battlecards on product value and positioning.
Partner with Product Management to influence roadmap based on market insights.
Create product-focused content including website copy, one-pagers, case studies, and presentations.
Analyze product adoption metrics and optimize messaging and campaigns.
Gather and synthesize customer feedback to improve positioning and value proposition.
Your qualifications
5+ years of experience in product marketing, product management role, or similar roles.
Experience in building or shaping Product Marketing from scratch
Experience launching new products or major features.
Strong understanding of go-to-market strategy and product positioning.
Experience working cross-functionally with product, sales, and marketing teams.
Experience in B2B and/or SaaS environments.
Preferred Skills
Ability to translate technical concepts into clear business value.
Strong project management and stakeholder coordination/communication skills.
Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and market trends.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, in English and German.
Customer-centric thinking and experience conducting interviews or research.
Experience with data/API products is a strong plus.
