We are a fast-growing B2B weather tech company providing innovative solutions across industries like logistics, agriculture, energy, and retail. As we scale, we’re seeking a passionate Head of Customer Success to join our leadership team and drive customer success.
In this role, you will lead and expand a team of Customer Success Managers, ensuring clients achieve exceptional results with our products. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve retention, satisfaction, and success.
This strategic role will be responsible for building a world-class customer success organization. Some travel required.
Your responsibilities
- Develop and execute a scalable Customer Success strategy in line with our overall revenue targets and go to market plan.
- Build and continuously improve Customer Success playbooks, segmentation and processes across the customer journey.
- Lead and mentor a team of 6 Customer Success Managers, setting clear goals and performance expectations while fostering a positive team culture.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and support the professional development of each team member.
- Oversee the success of key enterprise customers, driving retention, expansion, and satisfaction through proactive engagement.
- Lead business reviews with high-touch clients and provide strategic insights.
- Develop and execute the customer success strategy, ensuring alignment with company goals, and identify areas for process improvement.
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and other internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Act as the voice of the customer within the company, providing feedback to product, marketing, and engineering teams to improve satisfaction.
- Use customer data to inform decisions and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Track and report on customer success metrics like NPS, churn, and product adoption, analyzing trends to reduce churn and increase satisfaction.
Your qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management in B2B SaaS, including at least 2-3 years managing a customer-facing team.
- Experience in weather technology or related industries (logistics, agriculture, energy) is a plus but not required.
- Proven leadership and team-building skills with the ability to motivate and inspire in a remote-first environment.
- Strong strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining focus on results.
- Analytical mindset, using data to drive decisions.
- Fluent in English, with German and French as a plus.
- Highly customer-centric, solution-oriented, and adaptable to fast-paced, scaling environments.
