To influence the latter, we are looking for a HR Business Partner for our Commercial team.
In this role, you will advise Meteomatics managers and employees on strategic and operational issues relating to all HR-related topics. With your expertise and motivation you will help shape this multicultural, international and fast-growing department at Meteomatics.
Your tasks
- Personnel planning and recruitment: You will be responsible for recruiting new talent, from analysing requirements through to selection and hiring. You will work closely with managers to attract the best talent to drive our business.
- Onboarding and integration: You will ensure a smooth onboarding process and make sure that new employees quickly find their feet in their teams and the corporate culture.
- Performance management: You support the implementation of performance appraisals and help managers to recognize potential and identify development opportunities.
- HR processes and compliance: You ensure that all HR processes are implemented correctly and that compliance with international labour law requirements is guaranteed.
- Change management: You accompany and support managers and employees in the revenue area during change processes and stand by their side when implementing new initiatives.
What we're looking for
- Completed HR education and experience as HR Business Partner / People Partner, ideally in the sales area or in a technology-driven environment
- Sound knowledge of recruitment, divisional support and HR administration
- Experience in working with international and distributed teams
- Excellent communication skills in English; German is very nice to have
- Solution-oriented and a hands-on mentality
- You are able to challenge, give feedback to and coach candidates (e.g. during salary negotiations) as well as managers
- You can identify with the Meteomatics culture and quality principles and are going to actively contribute to them
