Meteomatics is growing faster than you can say lightning! And we're now looking for a Scrum Master / Agile Coach in our drone team in St. Gallen! ⚡

Your responsibilities

• You guide one or more cross-functional teams working on the development and production of our Meteodrones 
• You shape the establishment of agile methodology in our department
• You motivate the team to continuously improve and help to remove obstacles
• You create and maintain good working conditions, so that the development teams can reach their full potential
• You optimize collaboration within the teams and between stakeholders and you are in regular exchange with other Scrum Masters
• You guide interdisciplinary teams on their journey towards self-organization
• You manage regular team meetings and agile ceremonies and mediate any conflicts

Your qualifications

• You have a can-do attitude and want to redefine what is possible 
• You are passionate about agile methodology and can excite others about it
• Excellent coaching, communication, and leadership competence in English (required) and German (advantageous) 
• You have experience as a Scrum Master and Agile Coach
• You have experience in establishing and scaling Scrum (ideally LeSS)
• A qualification or certificate as Scrum Master and/or Agile Coach would be an advantage
• Experience in agile methodology in hardware development would be an advantage
• A scientific or technical university degree would be an advantage
